We regret any inconvenience this may cause to our readership and to other researchers. Authors who submit materials to JAAL for publication are expected to apply the highest standards of personal and professional responsibility to their research and writing. JAAL will take appropriate action to protect its own standing and reputation in the literacy community in any instance where a breach of such standards comes to light. Abstract from Mercurio, M.
