Children's Peace Drawing Contest announced

To commemorate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Hans Christian Andersen, the Nami Island Children’s Book Festival was established in 2005. This year, with the theme of Peace Story, the 5th Nami Island International Children’s Book Festival will be held from October 1 to November 14, 2010 on Nami Island, Korea.

As an accompanying event of this International Children’s Book Festival, the organizing committee is pleased to announce the NAMBOOK-010 Festival Children’s Peace Drawing Contest. This contest is for children ages 8 through 12 throughout the world who want to express their ideas of peace.
