Winners named for Boston Globe-Horn Book Awards

First presented in 1967, the Boston Globe-Horn Book Awards are among the most prestigious honors in the field of children's and young adult literature. Winners are selected in three categories: Picture Book, Fiction and Poetry, and Nonfiction.

This year's winners are as follows: Fiction and Poetry: When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead (Lamb/Random House); Nonfiction: Marching for Freedom: Walk Together, Children, and Don't You Grow Weary by Elizabeth Partridge (Viking); and Picture Book: I Know Here by Laurel Croza, illustrated by Matt James (Groundwood).
