IRA finds some of its strongest international support among the islands of the Caribbean region. Through councils and affiliates in the Bahamas, Bermuda, the British and U.S. Virgin Islands, Dominica, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago, Caribbean reading professionals have access to a broad network of support and resources.
Activities in the region are coordinated by our International Development in the Caribbean Committee, with support from IRAs divisions of Council and Affiliate Services and International Development. For information about council and affiliate activities in the Caribbean, contact IRA headquarters.
