All rates quoted in U.S. dollars. For information on discounted registration for emeritus members of IRA, contact customer service (e-mail customerservice@reading.org; tel. 1-800-336-7323 or +302-731-1600).
IRA will give a $50 rebate to those who have attended both 2009 conventions. You are eligible for this rebate if you have registered for and attended the Phoenix convention and the Minneapolis convention. Advance and on-site registrations qualify as do full and one-day registrations. Student and emeritus rates are not eligible, nor are attendees of only the Reading Research Conference and/or Institutes. The rebate will be credited to your original method of payment by June 30, 2009.
Pre-paid registration closes April 6, 2009. Registrations received after that date will be returned unprocessed, so that conferees can register on site.
Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. This message will confirm your processed meeting order and will include a link to the session ticketing service. Please note that session ticketing is an online-only service. You must provide an e-mail address with your registration in order to take advantage of session ticketing.
Credential mailings, which include name badges, tickets, etc. are mailed out by March. Conferees who take advantage of prepaid registration can pick up their complete convention packet and program at the MinneapolisConvention Center. Pickup locations will be announced as soon as they are available.
