Print Media Award

The Print Media Award competition recognizes outstanding reporting in newspapers, magazines, and wire services. Entries may include in-depth studies of reading instruction, discussion of research, or ongoing coverage of reading programs in the community. The contest is limited to professional journalists. Association members are invited to inform their local newspapers of the contest and to encourage the authors of worthwhile articles to enter. Entries for this year’s award must have appeared in print between January 1 and December 31, 2008. The deadline for applications is January 8, 2009.
