Exhibitor sessions will no longer be reviewed, but will be available on a first-come basis subject to space availability. Stay tuned for additional information about this special opportunity, only available to IRA Exhibitors.
Hospitality Functions
Requests for meeting/function space from IRA Exhibitors will be considered for the purpose of social events and small committee meetings. Space is assigned on a first-come basis subject to availability. Ancillary groups requesting space are responsible for the actions of their employees and/or agents and will be expected to follow all rules and guidelines as outlined by IRA. ***AS OF 2/4/13, WE ARE AT CAPACITY AND NO LONGER ACCEPTING REQUESTS
IRA Exhibitor Logo Usage
As a contracted IRA Annual Convention 2013 Exhibitor, you are authorized to use the IRA Annual Convention 2013 Exhibitor logo in signage, advertising, promotions, or any media directly associated with your exhibiting company. However, you must provide IRA with printed sample, PDF, screenshot, or other form of final usage for its records.
