Welcome 2013 IRA Exhibitors!

The information provided here is intended for companies that have contracted to exhibit at IRA's 58th Annual Convention in San Antonio. Companies interested in exhibiting should complete IRA's Application & Contract for Exhibit Space.

IRA requires ALL Exhibitors to:

Complete a Booth Activity & Giveaway Form
Provide a copy of your company's Certificate of Liability Insurance
Provide your company's description/category for inclusion in the Convention Program Book

Additionally, IRA requires that Exhibitors who:

Contract an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) must complete the EAC Form and provide the EAC Certificate of Liability Insurance.
Have an island booth (20' x 20' with 4 corners) must email the booth rendering to Jane Conway at jconway@reading.org for approval.
Wish to hang signage must complete the Hanging Signage Form and send it to Jane Conway at jconway@reading.org for approval.
