Implementing an Environmental Print Curriculum

This chapter focuses on the scaffolding and support needed to use environmental print in instructional activities to teach kindergarten students the alphabetic principle. Included are lesson plans and game templates for a variety of teacher-facilitated activities. Many of the lessons include adaptations for use with preschool children or children who are more advanced.
