The Adult Education and Family Literacy (AEFL) Special Interest Group (SIG) advocates improved literacy and language education for adults and their families.  The AEFL SIG studies and disseminates relevant research and practice information regarding educational program development and instruction in primary and secondary languages for all family members in family, work, and community settings.
