IRA Shuttle Buses IRA provides complimentary shuttle service between most official convention hotels and McCormick Place, West Building. The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is attached to the convention center and, therefore, will not need shuttle service.

Note: Buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts. If you require a bus with a wheelchair lift, please call 410-507-0971 at least 60 minutes ahead to be sure we fully accommodate your needs.
Avis Rental Cars
IRA has secured discounted rates with Avis for cars rented during the 57th Annual Convention. The rental dates are from 4/23/2012 through 5/9/2012. The easiest and fastest way to secure a rental car is to click the following link:

IRA’s official housing company is Convention Management Resources (CMR), based in San Francisco, California. IRA does not authorize any other housing company or independent broker to make housing reservations for our conference.
