IRA Exhibitors are entitled to 5 complimentary badges per 100 s/f. Exhibitor badges allow you access to the exhibit hall and all educational sessions, excluding Sunday Institutes and ticketed luncheons. Additional exhibitor badges over your allotment may be purchased for $75 each. Exhibitor badges should not to be used for guests, spouses, or any other individuals not employed by the exhibiting company.

Selling and Taking Orders
Exhibiting companies who sell or take orders at the IRA Convention are responsible for collecting the appropriate state/city sales/use tax and must be licensed by the state of Illinois. If you do not currently have an Illinois Business Tax (IBT) Number, register online at
Illinois Department of Revenue or call (217) 785-3707 to apply. Additionally, you are responsible for paying a $25.00 itinerant merchant license fee.
Write a $25.00 check made payable to the “City of Chicago.” Checks will be batched and sent to the City of Chicago on your behalf after convention.
